ABOUT THE POSITION
Create and guide project schedule for web design projects.
Provide efficient communication between clients and designers.
Provide feedback on designer deliverables and maintain quality assurance.
Lead meetings, relay client feedback to designer, and negotiate conflict.
Lead the design process on usable web sites and web site layouts, navigation, and content elements.
Represent the company in communication with clients.
Create design specifications based on individual project needs.
Experience directing project team members and overseeing project deliverables.
Problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills under pressure.
Background in web/graphic design and/or team management is strongly preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of best practices for web design is preferred.
Strong design sensibility.
Strong sense of ownership/leadership.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
